We aim to give helpful advice and assistance (if possible) to anyone in need.

We are on-call  when the Clinic is closed (between 8.00am to 9.00am and 6pm to 10pm).

The advantage of being a registered patient is that we will know you personally.

The disadvantage of telephoning if you are not a registered patient  is that we will not be able
to bring your personal details to bear in any advice we give.

Most enquiries are of the form: ‘What can I do, given my symptoms, often, given
what I have been told by my doctor or his nurse.

The advice we give will be based only on the information given by the caller. Without private
Medical insurance, or the means to pay as a private patient, the advice we give may be quite
limited. This is because NHS patients have little power to control what happens to them and how
they are handled medically. Private patients have no wish to suffer such subjugation.
