Two books to help you prevent heart disease. Coronary heart disease has a very strong genetic (inherited) component but the best of diets have been shown to reduce heart attacks by up to 70%. These books answer - what do such diets contain that makes them so effective? Does leaving fat out of our diet really help? How much wine is enough? What nutrients in what foods are best? One interesting conclusion is that no diet can provide you enough of all the beneficial nutrients, so what can we do to help ourselves?
